MWGM Felipe L. Navarro Jr, thru IB Manuel Morpheus Gorobat Jr, Grand Secretary / Chairman of Foreign Affairs of Gran Logia Soberana del Archipielago Filipino, presents with great honor and pride the most historical dates this first quarter of 2024 – January 26, 27, and 28, 2024, in the city of Rennes, France.
The acquaintance of the Great Masonic Powers for the creation of the Universal Masonic Confederacion (Hope and Humanity), which was attended by Masonic delegations of different countries, the Great Spanish-speaking lodges of the USA, Prince Hall USA, Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia, Paraguay, as well as Morocco, the Philippines, Prince Hall of Congo Jurisdiction Africa, Haiti, Gabon, Austria, and France.
This important gathering relevant agreements for the love of humanity were discussed and signed. Clear goals that will be completed for international Masonic coverage and proposals that gives hope to the members that make up the confederation have been finalized.

For over a year of his undying efforts,he managed connecting the Grand Lodges of friendship and it became all reality.
The last day has been the most remarkable, the signing of treaties of recognition, peace and friendship between different Grand Lodges transpired over a farewell dinner, attended by the members of different delegations.
The M. ‘. R. ‘. Grand Master Mario Piromalli much appreciated the presence of all the Grand Lodges that constituted The Universal Masonic Confederation Hope & Humanity.
The Gran Logia Soberana del Archipielago Filipino taking into account the purposes and principles of The Universal Masonic Confederation Hope & Humanity relating to the sovereign equality of each Grand Lodge, the maintenance of peace, fraternity promoting friendship amongst its members.
Anticipating that a Universal Masonic Confederation on relationships based on concord and brotherly love will greatly contribute to the development of friendly relations between Great Lodges and be spread all over world in unity.
Despite the indifferences in language and rite, thus strengthening the ties of our Brotherhood.
In which masons, free men of good manners recognize and support each other.
